How we Work?

2. Consult

 

We will define the scope of the project and provide a written estimate.

  • We will meet with you to collect all existing information about the proposed project such as floor plans, sketches and ideas that you already have.
  • We will establish a target budget with you and, if necessary, assist in making contact with suitable lending institutions. Having an idea of what your budget is will allow us to recommend options for your project and direct you toward priorities.

 

3. Create

  • Fully-dimensioned construction-ready floor plans and elevations
  • Client Specification Worksheet – The worksheet will be filled out and discussed with you. Information from the worksheet will be used in determining the cost estimate. If you have an interior designer this is the time to get them involved, if they aren’t already.
  • Structural details including footing layout, beam and column sizing, framing plans, roof structural plan, septic design and site plan.
  • Electrical plan including lighting layout and switch/receptacle layout.
  • Interior elevations of cabinetry and other details as needed.
  • A comprehensive price proposal. Our proposals are in-depth and thorough. We call-out as much detail as possible.
